During this initial assessment you will discuss your complaints with the chiropractor along with your medical history and any other relevant information. You will then have a physical examination to identify the root cause of your condition. The findings shall be discussed with you during this session and treatment will be given providing clinically appropriate.

Chiropractic treatment for someone who is pregnant. Treatment techniques are adapted to the stage of pregnancy to maintain safety and achieve maximum results.

This technique aids in facilitating the body’s ability to process and eliminate toxins and congestion, thereby alleviating pressure. It is particularly beneficial for individuals with conditions that impact lymphatic function, experiencing oedema, those recovering from surgery, recent travels, or individuals with occupations that require prolonged standing or sitting.

Hopi Candle treatment is a natural and ancient therapy, also known as thermal auricular therapy, involves the application of specialised candles to the external auditory canal. It is a non-invasive and calming treatment followed by EMMETT lymphatic drainage of the upper body to facilitate the clearing process and help with the symptoms associated with sinus congestion, headaches, migraines, tinnitus, promote earwax clearing and general well-being. This treatment may be particularly relevant for individuals experiencing barotrauma related to frequent air travel or diving.

EMMETT therapy is a light touch therapy often performed fully clothed. It is based on the belief that light finger pressure applied to specific points can trigger a relaxation response in the soft tissues of the body, and thereby may contribute to relieving feelings of tension and pain. The result is often an instantaneous feeling of greater comfort and ease.

EMMETT is truly a complete therapy. It may be applied separately but it also combines well with all other bodywork and exercise specialties such as massage, chiropractic, physiotherapy, yoga, Pilates and PT as some typical examples.

Initial treatment is to assess the restrictions and/or pain levels with a few simple tests, followed by the required treatment.
